PREDO PROFILES #18: RAVEN

For the month leading up to World Cup Predos, we will profile the runners and riders in a series of intimate interviews. In this episode we speak to a qualifier from the North American sectional tournament, the enigmatic shamanic entity known only as RAVEN MACK.

PREDO: Raven, you qualified for the Predo World Cup through the North American tournament, shocking the continent with some daring prediction styles. Can we expect more of the same during the World Cup?

RAVEN: yes, & hopefully we make the quarterfinals if we are blessed 

PREDO: Some in the field have had strong words against Jude. how do you feel about the winner of Europredo 2016?

RAVEN: idk as resident of the americas I'm not interested in euro-centric questioning

PREDO: Fair enough. Can your predictions help cessate the senseless high school massacre as a product of our time? 

RAVEN: It is a scientific fact that nations with high amounts of high school massacres do not perform well in football. This is likely related to an individualist philosophy as opposed to collective movement. Football requires collective movement, working as one. High school massacres generally come from individualist psychology gone rogue. Therefore I do not think my picks will help to aid the disease of blind individualism that afflicts my home nation. But I do think I can help by coaching youth soccer here, and instilling in children collective thinking through sport, which some would consider un-American, but I consider pre-Columbian pure Americana. 

PREDO: An excellent answer. Finally, do you have a prediction for the winner of the World Cup itself?

RAVEN: I have not done the full metaphysics for it yet, and as much as it pains me to say it I think France might win it this time around.
