PREDO: Alexx, you qualified for World Cup Predo through the Asian tournament. How do you think you'll make the step up to the global game?
ALEXX: Well, actually I'm just happy to have made it through. Really my main goal is to wow some clubs scouts and secure a 10-year contract with someone like Tranmere Rovers so me and family can escape the oppressive regime of my homeland and get a new telly.
PREDO: Top level predo competitors are known for their vicious hazing of new qualifiers. Do you think you can handle this?
ALEXX: No one can ever hate me or criticize me more than I do to myself. I have no self-esteem, nothing can touch me.
PREDO: Do you have a particular strategy that you will employ during the tournament?
ALEXX: Yes.
PREDO: Can you share it?
ALEXX: Yes. First game I will try to guess how many each team scores based on past form. Second game I'll try to put forward a score that it's utterly embarrassing, by the third I'll have lost interest.
PREDO: How important are your support team going into a major tournament like this?
ALEXX: My support team left me for a dentist. Not even a real doctor. I'm on my own here, christ, give me a break already!
